Opposite gravity ~ a movie based RP

Shleya glanced over at her clock. She stood up. 10 minutes until i have to go to work.... she thought setting the book aside and getting ready. She walked down the street with her baseball cap on and her head low. People didn't know who she was and she wanted it to stay that way. The normal things happened. Some guys tried to bump into her, a few other guys tried to trip her but it was like she had a radar telling her where other people were and what their intentions were. She dodged another person and headed into the building where she worked.

Madison took a shower and reapplied her makeup. It was time to head off to her late shift for work.

She walked into the cafe a half hour later. After she put on her apron, she stood behind the cash register and took people's orders.

As soon as Shleya's work shift was over, she shuffled down the street dodging people like she normally did. But something strange happened. She bumped into someone else even though she remembered clearly telling herself to slide to the left of the person coming her way and there wasn't anyone on her left... She looked up to see Andrew who was walking in the same fashion. Head down, baseball cap pulled down over his eyes. He looked up too, mumbled, "Sorry Shleya." And swept past her. She looked back at him curiously. That was odd... he didn't stop to say Hello. She thought suspiciously.

(I'll make his character form one sec....)

After her work shift, Madison skipped happily down the sidewalk. Se said hello to every person she passed. She wanted so badly robust the other world again, and decided that she'd go for only about an hour to look around the city.

Madison skipped down the mountain of the above world and headed towards the trail to town. It was very risky, but it was a risk she was willing to take.

Shleya decided to go over to Andrew's house to see what was going on. She knocked on the door. His mom appeared. "Hello Shleya, how has your day been?" She asked pleasantly. "My day has been great, thank you, how has your day been?" She asked. For some reason his mom always insisted on starting a conversation like that. "My day has been good as well, are you here to see Andrew?" She asked. "Yes ma'am." Shleya said trying to be respectful. "He's in his room." She said. "Thank you." She said brushing past her and taking her shoes off politely. She headed down the stairs into the basement and knocked on Andrew's door. "Hello? Is anyone home?" Shleya asked, already smiling because she knew the response. "No, please leave a message after the beep. *beeep." It sounded like his face was stuffed into his pillow. "Message; Shleya says to get up and come out of your room now. *End of message." After a bit he came to the door of his room. He looked at her and smiled weakly. "What's up?" She smiled back. His hair was even messier than usual making her want to straighten it up a bit but she knew it wouldn't stay down for long. "I need to tell you a secret and scold you for not saying hi when you bumped into me on the street." She said trying to sound a bit cross. He laughed a little and so did she.

"So what did you want to tell me?" Andrew asked knowing that she wasn't really going to 'scold' him. She sat down on the edge of his bed. She started stroking the air under her chin like she was stroking an invisible beard, lost in thought. She suddenly brightened and pointed up. He smiled a little more. "Just say it..." He said. She rolled her eyes and said. "Well... this is a little serious so you've gotta promise not to tell anyone, not even you mom... not even Lucky." She said her voice turning serious as well. "Alright, I promise." he said realizing that this was pretty important. She doesn't ask for promises unless it really is something important. he though convincing himself. "Someone from the below world, Madison was her name, got some really weird weights and she um... came to this world." Andrew knew she wasn't joking. she joked about things that didn't really matter but this did. He grew wide eyed. "Are you sure?"

Madison walked into the city. It was large and strangely liked own world, though the buildings and the structures of them were different. No one seemed to notice her, always avoiding others. But she smiled and said hello anyways, not letting a single thing put a damper on her cheerful mood. The weights were covered by the bottom of her bell bottom jeans. No one seemed to realize that she wasn't from around here or that she had come from the other world. And that suited her just fine.
