Jason put his arms around her trying to give her comfort. His mind was racing, trying to figure something out like he had promised Madison. After just a few seconds of thinking he began to rock back and forth trying to still his nerves and a sharp pain in his chest.

Madison buried her face in his shoulder. "If they know about me... They'll know about you sooner or later..." She said softly into his shirt.

"I don't care." He said plainly, the ache in his chest growing. He wished that somehow he could just solve all her problems all at once. He felt it was impossible but if she wasn't happy, he wouldn't be either.
