ok, so i did a dumb maneuver tonight! i tried to take the AC out of the window while my dh wasn't home. i am here freezing my behind while trying to heat the house since the temps have dropped to the 50's outside (got down to the low 30's last night!). so i decided the AC needed to come out! i cannot wait for my dh to finally get to it so i tried to do it! i've done it before with the smaller ones with no issues so why not the BIG one!?
doh! no bracket behind it! it fell out the window and onto the ground about 6 feet below!!

now i just wonder how long it might take him to notice the thing is not in the window! (and outside on the ground!)
here's hoping it really is broken now since it was sounding like it was dying the last time it was used about a month ago!
