They look like the early stages of bumblefoot to me.

We are thinking we could use smooth pebbles? The they could be rinsed. Anyone ever do that? The geese FID NOT have it yesterday and now it is starting on their back pads. Now I’m worried my chickens will get it since they jump into the duck enclosure outside sometimes!!

I am also going to do an Epson soak and try the apple cider vinegar dip and put a little in their water as well as the chickens water as a precaution.

I had that with a young welsummer hen a few years ago, a black core started to develop after a while, and I had to remove the core with a scalpel and bandage her foot.

I’ve had bumbles on my SF hens and 1 Runner duck just not sure on these.

Okay OP treat no cutting. What are they on outside. Grass or what? Never seen bumble on such young ones and so many on one foot.
