Orange feathers?

Hello, I have a three month old gray silky hen. And she recently started growing orange feathers, so I’m a little confused, does that usually happen??
Please let me know!!!

It's also a satin, likely a recent cross, not a silkie. Also male

Its a cockerel, sorry to tell you.

ETA: And going by the length of his saddle feathers I think him older than just three months.

It was born in March 21, I got it from a lady and she said it was a silkie but if it isn’t is it just a mix of a silkie and a cockerel? And it a male! I wouldn’t have ever guessed that I thought it was a female all along
