Orange wing peacock

I saw a photo of what looked like a regular India Blue Peacock except that the lower wing feathers were a bright orange in color. I am thinking
the picture was photo shopped and that bright orange is not among the natural colors for peacock feathers. Am I right? Or could this photo be accurate? Anyone???

I’m not an expert but I do beleave the green peafowl (pavo muticus) has this feathers naturally..
