it isn't expensive to have a fecal float done..(for worms and protozoa(cocci)..
call your vet..pet vet will do if avian or farm vet not available..
they'll need a fresh sample..
hopefully, you have a vet who will do the sample test without bringing in the hen.
a bacterial test would be more pricey..but if you are unable to do that..have the fecal float done to rule in or out worms or cocci.
