Ordered 9 pullets and 1 roo, received 3 roosters

Do hatcheries refund the difference? In April, I ordered 5 Lavender Orpington pullets, 1 LO roo, and 4 Dominique pullets. It’s become obvious that I received 2 LO roos, and a Dominique roo. These were not straight run. What’s your experience with this?

What hatchery? Every one has a different policy. I would contact whoever you bought them from and ask.

you will probably need to call them and tell them what happened and see if they will at least credit you for the extra roos. ive been lucky, ive bought from 3 different hatcheries and got exactly what i ordered each time.
