Ordering chicks! Help me pick a breed😁

I am placing my first online chick order of the season. I have decided on 10 Buff Orpingtons and 10 of some other breed. I just can’t decide which “other breed” to get! A few of my options are:

Silver Laced Wyandottes
Golden Laced Wyandottes
Rhode Island Reds
ISA Browns
Black Australorps
Cinnamon Queens
Golden Comet
Hampbars
Black Sex-Links

You never told us your goal. If it was for me or eggs or both or maybe it's for a showbird. I picked Isa Brown because I have those and they saved me this winter on eggs.

I recommend Barred Rocks because it was on the poll, but I really want tor recommend Polish Crested.

You should. Last year we started by looking at TSC, then realized it would be better to buy from Hoover's.
