Ordering Chicks in the Mail

Hey, I ordered 18 BCM and I just got the voicemail that they’re being held for pickup. Do I need anything to show proof they’re mine?? The lady I ordered from sent me a picture of the packaging that has all the info and the tracking number.. so I just need to provide that picture?
