Ordering meds online

What medicines are you looking for? I have ordered from Jedds.com, Foys pet supplies, and Alivet, Jefferspet.com are all reputable. I prefer to have packaged medicines in their original containers with manufacturers info and dosage, rather than buying repackaged medicines with little info on them. I haven’t bought from Hakes before, but others may chime in.

I’m looking to refill my rooster’s ciprofloxacin eye drops. He has a chronic eye problem and that’s the only meds that help him. He has been seen by the bird vet multiple times for this and needs cipro drops a few times a year, but since it’s been a little over a year since they have seen him he would need a vet visit to refill it.
I looked at Jedd’s and they don’t have the eye drops. The pic on the site I found looked like it has original packaging. I will check out the other places you mentioned, thanks.

Have you asked your vet as a favor to prescribe some over the phone? Chewy.com sells them and supposedly will contact your vet for a prescription:

Have you ever tried Terramycin eye ointment which you can get at many feed stores and online? It is not a prescrition and contains oxytetracycline which treats a number of eye infections, including mycoplasma.

Thanks for the suggestions, I may try the terramycin. My roo had a culture of the eye done before so I have to check what meds it is susceptible to.
The vet my roo has seen moved out of state over the summer, and the other vets at the practice haven’t seen him before so he would need an exam first. I get it, they want to make sure it’s the right med. I can take him in, it’s just tough with their reduced covid hours and my work schedule. I am currently treating him with the cipro and should have enough for the 2 week treatment but that will probably be it from that bottle. I was just looking to stock up on drops proactively before the next time it’s needed.

The Ciprofloxacin drops that they sell are expensive, and I think their website shows a 10 ml bottle, but if you offer it you might get a 5 ml bottle instead.

I was wrong

Here is what the eye looked like during the summer of 2019 when it started. It flares up periodically and meds clear it up completely. It’s not always the same eye either. He has several health issues and Marek’s is a possibility. Now that I know what happens with the eye I treat at the first sign of eyelid scab or eye foam so it doesn’t get that bad anymore.

The price it fine, would be cheaper than a vet visit! I just questioned if the company is reliable since I am not familiar with it. I want to make sure the meds are what they say they are!!
Reliable with some things, but do ask what the expiration date on the box is.
