Just thought I'd post this for posterity since I did all the research:
For a non-foundation building that does not require a Permit (shed, coop, greenhouse etc) in the city of The Dalles, Oregon.
Bldg. may not be more than 200 sq. ft, or taller than 10 ft.
Setback from the front or rear property line must be at least 10 ft.
Setback from the side property line must be at least 3 ft.
BUT
You can switch those setback measurements if you need to!
Front or rear property line at 3 ft., side property line at 10 ft.
