Oregon Celadon Quail Breeders

I am looking at getting some Celadon quail. I have found Red Haven Farms and was wondering if they were a reputable breeder. They are about 45 minutes from me. I don't want to end up with bad quality quail to start with. What are some questions I should be asking them? And how many quail should I purchase to start out with?

Hatching eggs are $25/ doz. Is that price too high?

$25/ doz. isn't that high! Going price for quail hatching eggs is from $1 to $2 per egg.

If your picking up the eggs, just take a look at the facilities, is it clean, adequate space for the birds, and their general "setup".
