So this one decides to be aggressive this morning turns out it’s a biter so I’m going to have it be my coffee buddy. I’m gonna hold her until she falls asleep put her in another hutch. Anyone know anything had a deal with a biter Quail?

Separating her for a while might cure her aggressive behaviours, but it depends on her. I don't keep aggressive birds, so this is something that I rarely see in my coveys.

I have sameness of this separation plan…
Though I’ll eat them around 6 weeks maybe 8 weeks.
Depending on the weigh of week.
Recently noticed that the bloodline gets to 10.5oz at 6 weeks.
Seems like down the line they started loosing size.
I’ll have to introduce a large size Roo from a fresh bloodline into my Choon bloodline…

Not to go all of topic, but the only one I see on Amazon in the $40 range is also $40 shipping.

Yup, one had 45 with 20 shipping or 40 with 40.
I got the four at a decent price I think it was 15 on shipping.
Ended up un-stapling the plastic bottom and replacing it with the 16g 1/2" vinyl hardwire cloth in the run portion.
Works well for the time.
My hope is it lasts... These were easy to set up and seem so far to work well...
I'd make some myself, unnfortunatly I have bone issues from 2003 work injuries. lol
Got to work within the parameters of what my body.

That's what I'm seeing. It's hard to make a pen that size of any quality for $40. For $90 in more inclined to build.
