I finally am getting to the fimo work! Today I made some chicken faces canes and put them on candle votive holders -- you can see they are semi-transparent and look wonderful whether lit or unlit! I also made some Xmas votives... the square one will be $20 and the cylinders are $15 - and right now I have only the 4 that you see. Hope to make more, but reserve early if you want one!

-Silver Phoenix roo, McMurray hatch April '08. Handles being penned well, no people aggression and is good to the hens.
-Blue Andalusian mixed roo - beautiful! Dad may be Cuckoo Marans Blue splash, or a Salmon Faverolle mix.
-3/4 Salmon Faverolle, 1/4 Dominique roo- sweet temperament, looks like S.Fav with funny squashed, bumpy comb (better for freezing nights)
-Tomato seeds from this years harvests, Red Zebra, Principe Borghese, Striped Cavern, orange cherry, and assorted. These have all grown in my garden successfully through the wacky season we have had here.
-11 chicks(8wk @ show) hatched by Black sex link/Orpington cross pullet, plus pullet
-FEATHERS from Blue,white Andalusians; Salmon Faverolle; Black Minorca; Silver Phoenix; Egyptian Faverolle; Blue Splash Cuckoo Marans; Mixes of the above breeds; Black sex-link/Buff Orpington mixes, some black with white, others golden with black; Runner/Cayuga/Magpie ducks; Ancona Ducks; White Royal Palm Turkey; African Geese; with occasional parakeet, cockatiel, white dove, and gray/green parrot feathers.

-2 Egyptian Fayoumis hens from McMurray hatched April '08
-4 Runner/Cayuga/Magpie mix Drakes, and 2 pure Ancona Drakes
- White Royal Palm hens. Mother Sheila, 2 years this summer (mostly white), Daughter Cindi, 1 year this fall (black spots on back)

Wanting
-Salmon Faverolle pullet or young hen
-Local grain contacts - barley, peas, oats, wheat
-possibly hatching eggs if I have a broody hen (very likely)

Sorry for the change/update again, but I am moving the preorder date up for cheesecakes to this Sunday - October 9th. After looking at my schedule...which also means my kid's and husband's schedule lol...I need to have all cheesecakes done by the middle of next week. I will be bringing about 15-20 extra ones - basic flavors and a few sampler platters - in case you miss the cutoff or just can't decide now
