I just dug up a bunch of yellow iris for the iris swap.

I'm taking an iced tea break and then I'll go back outside and trim them up and get them ready to go.

People with iris to trade, come find me.

Don't forget I've got Queen of the Night tulip seeds, free, to anyone who wants to try getting them to grow.

(Oh wow, does that cheesecake look good)

I'm sadly looking for a home for my 5-5 1/2 month old blue wheaten marans rooster. Wasn't planning on coming to this swap but I will if someone want's him. I got him from Walltenters at the summer swap. He's not getting along with my brother for some reason and I just think he's too good (in more ways than one) to butcher so I'm hoping someone will agree and take him. I've asked for a critique on him here https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=426622&p=159 post #1583 if you want to see what was said. Here's a pic from yesterday. PM me if you are interested.

ZooMummzy, you don't have to add me to the list since I'm dependent on someone wanting him. Thanks

Hey all,

I'm ridiculously excited for yhe swap come Saturday. Even tried to organize a coffee party at my house just prior with fellow moms at my kids' school. Even paying a babysitter. I have exactly 1 1/12 hours to wander, drool, and learn from you experts. It's just so empty and quiet in my yard since the disaster with my dog.

See you then!
Kari

Just found out that I will be bringing a young pair of Antwerp Belgian Quail Bantams to the swap to sell for my cousin

I also have 3 young Serama Roosters to sell

. My 1 little Serama hen has told me that she does not need to live with 4 roosters

Looking forward to meeting everyone on Saturday.
