Orem Utah scoop setup?

Hey Guys! I’m new I’ve got 6 chicks in our brooder and a coop built and waiting. I’m trying to plan WHERE to put my coop. I live in Oren City and it has to be 10 ft from property lines. Which is fine and completely understandable!!! My question is... I will have my coop/run inside a dog kennel... does the kennel have to be 10 ft from the property line or the actual coop & run? Anyone know?

I have the same sort of setback restriction in my area and decided to be on the safe side by placing both coop and run 10' or more from the line. (And I use "run" to mean the enclosing dog kennel, not the attachment to the coop that's way too tiny to use as a run).
