organic chicken raising and worming

I have 8 chickens and I am trying to raise them organically. I have been reading alot on here about worming them. Is this something I should do or just wait and see. They are about 32 weeks old and I am getting baby chicks in the beginning of March.

Most people worm yearly, just to be safe. It depends on your chickens and your area.
