Hi everybody,
As some of you may know, I raise and keep quail. It is my first time trying pharaoh coturnix quail, kept mainly for eggs. We fed our other quail non-medicated feed, but now as we start a new batch of quail, I would like to convert to organic feed. I could not find much online as quail need a relatively high amount of protein which many of the organic chick starter feeds do no sufficiently provide. So here's my question, does anybody have any recipes for easy to make organic quail feed? I don't want cannibalistic quail if they are not fed the proper amount of protein, so I need a specific formula.
