Organic Layer feed brands

I currently feed Nature Smart organic layer feed to my girls. Is this a good food? I am not familiar with chicken food, but I figure someone on here is. Opinions/advice is always welcomed. :cd

Any of the national brands are fine for your birds. Do your chickens like what you are giving them? If they do it will be fine for them. There are some regional organic layer feeds as well, I don't see your location so don't know what to advise in that regard. I have even seen some organic feed from one of our bigger local mills. They are just now offering it… I suppose the demand must be driving a change in market strategy.

Thank you. Yes they don't seem to mind it and chow down on it. I live in California around Sacramento so I will have to investigate if there are any local mills. Thank you for your advice.
