This is relavent to me. Bacteria are increasingly resistant to the limited arsenal of antibiotics I can use legally. These "superbugs" also pose a direct threat to human health. Problem I have is that I scared to produce without using antibiotics since it requires much better bio-security on the quarantine and custodial end than we typically realize.
