Thank You! I originally got the felt to make a comb, but then I thought of the Santa hat! A chicken wouldn't be a chicken without wattles!! I am a simple person, so I am not good at making fancy...I REALLY hope they like it!

That is just adorable!!! I know I worry a little because even though I'm working on them too, my ornaments going out are being made by my students. They won't be professional looking but they are so cute and have so much heart and hard work in them.

I think that is all that matters! As long as the person who is giving put their time and best into it, it shouldn't matter what it is. My whole family had ideas that we had put together for ours. My 5 year old daughter painted the beak and helped paint the body! It was really fun, we put a few hours into making it and I think it turned out great! He is cute because he is made out of all egg shapes! His beak is 2 egg halves and so are his feet! His eyes are kind of egg shaped and his body is an egg! I think I am going to go back and get more supplies and make one for me! My kids just love him!

(lol!) I do have to say that I was impressed with how it turned out. I'm not usually an artsy-craftsy person, but it was cute. Hope the receiver enjoys!!!
