I sincerely hope no one flames you, it wasn't your fault. Sometimes things happen and someone can't follow through, yes they should notify their partner or let them know it was indeed mailed and could be lost in the mail. You set it up and got the names out, that was your job. Babysitting isn't. Have a great New Year!

well thanks guys. it wasnt very much water, just a couple of inches, but it still took soooo much! and i think if i do this next year, i will have people swap with the same person, so it wont be a surprise who you receive from, but you will know who to be mad at if you dont get one, lol.

hmm who did you send it to? Maybe the person who was your partner posted that they didn't get theirs? Worth a shot! lol I know what you mean, I was on pins and needles until my partner posted that she got hers.
