Orpington Broodiness

Hey, so I am looking at Orpingtons and have a very short question. Is there a more or less chance of going broody depending on the color? If so which one is more likely? Thank you!

Buff Orpingtons are verrry broody,every time I get a batch of them one or two will get broody.

Is a buff orpington much more likely to set than a lavender orpington? Is it worth getting a lavender orp for broodiness, or should one stick to buff or another color, hypothetically?

I've never been lucky to have a LO but have had several BO ... Love my Orpingtons but due to their broodiness I now don't have any

I have four BOs and three of them are so broody!! One of them is broody or else talking about it (puffing up feathers, making that distinctive ticking sound) all summer long!
I am currently on my ninth broody of the summer, mostly due to my Buff Orpingtons.

I agree , my one Buff O is more trouble than she is worth and a broody monster. But she is very pretty when she is not being demented.

Buff Orpingtons are very broody. I had one go broody this year.

What about Jubilee Orpingtons? Anyone have experience with those being broody?
