Leftovers for me last night, too.
So memorable I don't even remember what they were
And tonight... well, I don't know yet either.
Oh yeah, last night was the last of the boiled dinner. I heated it up with half a stick of butter and a little water in the same DO I made it in.
That's where that butter went to...
I'll say it again, I had no idea ham could take that kind of abuse. What a wonderful, versatile meat.
I did make a frittata earlier in the day using some of that same ham chunk.
Tonight I have two ham steaks in the fridge I should probably do something with soon. Some taco burger in the same boat. And some spaghetti sauce I'm not that concerned with yet. And some of that chili crisp rice. The rice I'd like to turn into fried rice. Maybe with ham???
Or I could make a frozen pizza

It's not that I haven't been thinking about supper
