Whatcha Making for Supper?

Leftovers for me last night, too.
So memorable I don't even remember what they were :idunno

And tonight... well, I don't know yet either.

Oh yeah, last night was the last of the boiled dinner. I heated it up with half a stick of butter and a little water in the same DO I made it in. That's where that butter went to...

I'll say it again, I had no idea ham could take that kind of abuse. What a wonderful, versatile meat.

I did make a frittata earlier in the day using some of that same ham chunk.

Tonight I have two ham steaks in the fridge I should probably do something with soon. Some taco burger in the same boat. And some spaghetti sauce I'm not that concerned with yet. And some of that chili crisp rice. The rice I'd like to turn into fried rice. Maybe with ham???

Or I could make a frozen pizza :eek:
It's not that I haven't been thinking about supper :)
 
Sauteing onion & garlic, then a few fresh veggies and more garlic. Adding the hot sausage from another skillet. topping with a red sauce, homemade dried hot pepper powder, then fresh oregano, basil in EVOO (basil from our organic garden last year). Served over Rana pasta stuffed with mozzarella and topped with freshly grated parmesan. I'm salivating. It's Lent so I eat something light after 12/noon, No snacking (that's the hardest to give up) and then dinner! I know it's healthier to eat earlier in the day but oh well.
 
I didn’t make it but dinner here tonight is shrimp scampi. 🤮 5 MASSIVE pieces of shrimp on my plate. Peas and carrots. 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 I ate as much as I could/ate around it without getting the shrimp LOL no offense to the cook because the rest was good. I just hate shrimp LOL like HATE.
