What color would you call this Orpington? I had thought this a pullet till it stood beside me and “crowed” this morning it around 15 week old

I'm guessing a blue splash but i don't know splash personally.

I'm pretty sure that's an Ameraucana/Araucana/Easter egger. Looks nothing like an Orpington....

I googled blue splash Orpingtons and the pictured birds have the same color pattern. So I believe sawilliams is correct.

I don't see any Ameraucana traits. He's probably just a slow grower.

It's a young male, he looks like he has a short tail still it will fill in soon

I have a lavender rooster that didn't show until 22 weeks I think he was almost 26 before he finally crowed.
