Orpingtons, Cochins, and Brahmas

Hi All!
So I'm new to all the breeds that I just received from Meyer Hatchery which include a lavender and buff orpington, a white and partridge cochin and a light brahma. All my babies are a little over a week old and although I'm not new to having backyard chickens, I am new to my most recent breeds since I had only raised Rhode Island Reds before. So, to get to my point, I started a blog so that I could be in contact with others who have the breeds, have previously had the breeds, or want the breeds. You have three wonderful breeds. All three breeds are beautiful, cold hardy, and very calm and gentle (my children made lap pets of all three breeds). The Orpingtons and Brahmas are good layers and the Cochins are among the best brooders and mothers. )
