Orpingtons look different.Both Pullets?

shiny feathers are an indication of a healthy bird...it's really hard to tell looks like a cockerel though

UGH.The more I look at it the more it looks like a cockeral.The bird has exploded in size the past couple of weeks.Should it have crowed by now?All the others that turned into Roos all crowed very young.This one has never made any sound.I am not having good luck with these birds.This will be Roo #5 out of 6 birds that I purchased.Looks like he will be going back.Thanks everyone.
