How old are they? I was going to say the exact opposite but I'm still learning.
However mine are 3 months Aug 1 and they dont have as big of combs or wattles and they are Eng. Orps which are bigger then the non Eng.

Mine are 17 nearly 18 weeks. I know that the females do have a comb
Yes they do have combs. Mine are females for sure. Yours have much bigger combs and waddles then my confirmed females that are only 4 weeks younger then yours and unless yours are English Orps mine are a bigger variety.
Wonder what @Faraday40 thinks. She's who I purchased mine from.

Pullets....my profile is of my cockerel buff Orpington at 18 weeks :)
Would color have anything to do with grow rate? My girls comb and waddles are less then half the size for only being 4 weeks younger. Or do they grow that much in 4 weeks? Mines combs and waddles dont seem to look much different then a month ago but their bodies have grown a lot.
