Black Australorps. From left to right...Tillie, Pearl, Hilda and Molly down in front. They were 4 months old at the time, last year around the 4th of July. They just happened to be all hanging out on this log burl and I ran for the camera in hopes at least ONE of them still might be perching there. But when I returned, they were all still there! I have never again seen them all perch together on this stump.

Sorry, but you need to do some homework here. Black Australorps ARE Orps and have been a recognized breed of Orp since the 1920's, bred from Black Orpingtons. Hence the "lorps" on the end of Australorp.

Sorry, but you need to do some homework here. Black Australorps ARE Orps and have been a recognized breed of Orp since the 1920's, bred from Black Orpingtons. Hence the "lorps" on the end of Australorp.
