Osprey, How do I protect my flock???

An Osprey got my Sultan hen today, they have a nest high in a cell tower close to my home. How can I protect my others from the Osprey??? My hen had been sick and was in a large cage by herself, let's just say she caught her wing because she was scared and the only thing the Osprey could get at then was her head and face. Are they endangered? How to get rid of them? I am very sad right now, I don't want it to get my others or even my Roo.

Unfortunitely you can't do anything to the Osprey, they are protected. If you have your chickens in a run you can cover the top with wire or maybe even mesh. Other then that it's tough to protect chickens from that large of a bird of prey.
