Hey friends..
I’m on round 2 of EYP (I think) with my Mildred. She was sick over a month ago.. got better for a few weeks but feeling sick again. I know this cycle all too well. I’ve done amoxicillian last month and I’m not sure if it helped. I’m reluctant to put her through another round. She is so thin and I worry that it’s making her feel worse. She is eating a bit and drinking.. still active with flock but abdominal area is swelling again and it’s warm. Anyway… I’m trying to treat her the best I can here at home. Do you all recommend more amox? Also is there anything over the counter I can give her for pain? This is a tough one for me.. she is my head hen and one of my favorites.
