Otter

Hi we have lost 4 hens recently I did find a pile of feathers next to the river we live beside which our hens have access to and I had guessed it was probably an otter I've had to keep them shut in our smaller section which isn't great but don't want to let them out until it's a bit safer any ideas how to help scare the otter away
I caught it on my wildlife cam last night for the first time so it's still going about

Why not make their setup predator proof? Can you post pictures of it?

We have this area that goes down to the water which at the trees so the hens have the run of the whole area great for keeping the weeds away but we can't let them back down yet we have a smaller area where the house and feed are up the top of the hill but it's not as good for them
