Ouail and Pheasants

Is it possible to house Quail and small Kansas RIngneck Pheasants in the same outdoor run? It is a huge covered pen and constructed to be safe for them but I am wondering the the 2 breeds will get along?

no they wont the pheasants will kill them and the pheasents may catch disease from the quail or vise verse. i would just build a separate pen for the quail. im guessing the quail are coturnix or bobwhites?

They are both gamebirds and no diseases will pass from one to another.They can be housed together as long as the pen is big.What breed of quail are we talking about?If it's bobwhites keep an eye on them as they will become aggressive towards anything.Yes bobwhite can attack and chase ringnecks off.

Thanks Tony, I am looking at A & M. I have 2 which are about 8 weeks old and would like to add a few more. I also have 16 6 week old Pheasant.
