ouch! huge egg

One of the girls keeps laying large eggs. They often have double yolks but not always. Today we got this monster. Ouch! We have consistently had eggs too big for the egg cartons but this one was unreal.

one of my older BO crosses lays massive eggs like that all the time, they arent even double yolkers. This is one of hers next to one of my BRs eggs (and my BR's lay some large eggs lol)

I had one of those the other day too--my husband asked if the chicken was walking with a limp

Are you able to weigh it? I got one about week or so ago and it weighed 3.6 oz!
