Our 1st Ducklings!!!

We have our 1st ever set of Ducklings!!!!!
Their mommy is our only 1 wing duck (due to an attack last year).. we are so proud!

So far we have 3, there are several more eggs that she is still laying on.. so there will probably be more

Any tips on keeping them safe, setting them up well in the pen? We know we wont need to do much, but, we're worried about them getting into the little pool in there.. my husband is getting them a baby watering thingy with little holes just for their size beak (worried about them drowning).. anything else we should cover to safeguard them?

Congrats on the little cuties!! I wouldn't worry about pool if their mother is caring for them.

Since she is caring for them, do we need to worry about what they are eating?
Also we are not sure when they hatched

Could have been today, could have been up to 4 days ago... we're just not sure.. its been rainy here off and on and we've been filling their feeder and not checking as often as we should..

Oy, I'm already worried about them! My husband wanted to bring them inside to care for them, but, I think that is unnecessary..

I'm not sure what you mean by what they are eating?? Are they free ranged ducks or do you feed their mother?

They are in an enclosure and we feed them.. (the original 4 we had were attacked as free rangers.. so they are no longer free range)..
