Guineas! Always something new!
Our Momma is having spats with her son now! I thought it would be dad fighting him off at some point, but nooah!, it's Momma!
To the point where I had to lock her out of the family pen because they keep going at it and knocking the water over. Go figure! The happy family..... Don't hold your breath with Guineas.
And I have seen it teh other way around, too: mortal enemies for days and then rubbing shoulders again at the feeder, as if nothing happened. Usually much later than human observers want to scream: so leave him/her alone already! S/he gave up a long time ago, you jerk! Guineas have their own judgement of when the point has been driven home sufficiently.
@R2elk has the experience again: depends on how evenly matched they are and how much they dislike each other. Well put! Totally agree.
