Not sure if this is where it goes. Let me know if it needs to be moved.
Anyways

How long does it take for hens to accept a rooster?
When will roosters gain enough confidence to be dominant?

Both our Silkie roosters are 4-5 months old.
Both are brothers.

I tried to see how Silver would do around our 2 Bantam Cochin hens, Rusty & Tiny, but they kicked his butt and made his comb bleed a little. He was brought back inside so I could clean him up.
I didn't want to stick his brother, Chocolate, out as he can't really see that well.

The only reason I didn't separate when Rusty was first to attack him, was I knew roosters and hens will fight at first. However, once Tiny started attacking him once he got away from Rusty, I decided to step in but he was already bleeding by the time I grabbed him. He's currently doing fine and snuggling with his brother.

I already feel terrible so please don't be rude to me.

How old are your girls?
Your 2 cockerels are too young for laying pullets/hens to just accept them. It's pretty normal for the older ladies to knock the young boys around a bit. It's actually good for them. It teaches them manners and that they need to work to win over the girls for mating privileges.
I think you may run into problems trying to integrate TWO cockerels into the older flock.

The 2 bantam cochins are just about 1 year old.
We also have 1 R xex link(1 yr), 2 Black sex links(2 yr), 2 BLR wyandottes(2 yr), and 1 Bantam cochin/silkie mix(2 yr) in a separate run.
As well as 1 Blue wyandotte(6 months old), 1 Olive egger(5 months old), and 1 Buff orpington(5 months old) but they're in a separate run too.
