Our 5 week old Call Duck born with cyst on head any idea what it is???

Have not seen anything quite like that before. If it's full of fluid, there *might* be defect in the skull that causing fluid build up. If you're really concerned, probably best to have a vet look at it.

If it were mine I would carefully remove the fuzz around it and try to determine if there was a defect in the skull.
