Now I will be.I've learned you don't want to use boiling water as it will change the chemical compound of the sugar and can upset the bees digestion. My water temp is about 120°, I've found that dissolves the sugar fairly quick.

It absolutely blew my mind the first time I made 2:1 sugar syrup. That's right, 8 QUARTS of sugar to 4 quarts of water (one gallon). It just looked like... so. much. sugar!
