Not an expert but maybe I can help you gather more info until someone with expertise comes in.
Describe the trouble breathing, is it wheezy, cough, or stridor (extreme wheeze with outstretched neck, like choking).

Nose looks clear, beak looks closed.
In the pic the swelling looks isolated to the comb base. The Eyes, wattles look normal. What can be seen of soft tissue between wattles looks pale, but is it swollen? Try to get a pic of that if it is.
Any other birds impacted?
Is she eating, drinking, stooling normally? Any visible signs of pain or distress/ withdrawal from usual behavior?

Does not look like cold stress (or frostnip) because the tips do not look dusky from decreased blood flow. Knowing your geography and climate would help.
Localized allergic reaction? Insect sting? parasite?

We live in Atlanta. She seems okay. I gave her some apple sauce this morning with some electrolytes, and she ate it. She seems lethargic and was slow to leave the coop this morning. I did notice some open mouth breathing yesterday and took a video but am not sure how to upload it. We called the vet and they said maybe an insect bite or possibly an infection. They can’t fit us in until Monday though so any treatment option suggestions we can give her at home would be appreciated.
