Our chickens have not laid eggs almost all year....

I figured up through March it may have been too cold then it got real hot here during the summer, now it is cooling off, and the hens will still not lay. We got a higher protein feed, still nothing... anyone have any ideas?

Can you give us the age and breed of your chickens?

I have 4 Black Langshans, and 2 brown (not sure of breed) chickens, the Black Langshans are almost 2 years old and were laying when we got them the 2 brown ones are atleast a year old
