Our coop is almost done and I love it! Lots of pics!

That's a nice coop! I can't tell how the nest box lid is secured, but be sure to keep the water out. We had a problem with the water getting in so we put up a gutter. It really helped in the winter when the ice and snow would constantly drip. Good luck with your flock!

It looks wonderful!!

My only suggestion, is being from Wisconsin, your winters can be quite cold...I would turn those 2x4's on edge rather than upright to help avoid frostbit toes. Your chickens can cover their toes completely with their feathers in the winter rather than having the tips of their toes curled around the board.

Also, do you have a lock on the nest boxes?? If not, you'll need one of those

Oh my gosh...I didn't even realize he put the roosts on the wrong way. ugh. Hopefully that's an easy fix. And the next box is watertight and will have a lock.

will a predator be able to dig under the edge of your run? It was hard to tell from the pic. If your coop/run is permanent, you may want to consider having an underground intrusion. Wire the bottom then line with sand/pebbles.
