So my DH went and got a coop for Speckles. it is real high off the floor and has three stalls inside. We are going to be making lots of improvements to it, like putting on some siding non it, paining it, shingles on the roof, a roosting bar, a wired fenced little chicken pen for when they can't free range.... the list goes on, BUT for now I have the beginning of our project.
This first coop was a BARGAIN at $75 from craigslist!!! I am starting by cleaning and scrubbing it down and then we will get to work on making it beautiful once it is functional.
