Our Daily Laugh! (Pics, Videos, or Stories)

So about 6 months ago my neighbor (who is also a relative) had a stroke, since then I go over every day to feed her 4 dogs and make sure everything is good with them

It has been raining a lot lately and in fact it has been stormy this afternoon. I go over to go give one of the dogs Jojo his food and noticed unlike usual he didn't run up to me. Why you ask? Between him and me (and his doghouse for that matter) was a puddle. No amount of coaxing would convince this dog to walk through that puddle even if it meant food and shelter. Why he was even out in the rain to begin with is beyond me. IG he was laying there when it rained and got "trapped" (it was only an inch or 2 of water, not even that deep). I ended up having to pick up this probably 70lb pit bull and carry him across the puddle so he could eat and get out of the rain. For a dog that has so much bark he's such a baby
Trying to imagine this! 😂🤣

That is crazy!!
What happens to our backs?
I mean picking up a magazine rack or making a bed isn’t that strenuous. 🙄

Guess we’re learning what the old saying means:
“My back goes out more than I do.”
Middle age! I wish I had my 20 year old body and this wisdom. WELL, my husband is recovering well after a disc bulge in the c-spine. He was pulling himself up on a dock while standing in totally mucky water. (Why he was in the muck water in the first place is a whole ‘nuther story).

Anyhoo, the combined advice from his physical therapist and retired ortho dad is to:
1. Have strong core.
2. Stick the man or lady-boobs out proudly. Always when sitting, walking, standing. (Forces you to have good posture.) I imagine this is walking like an Austin Powers fembot. 😁

We’ve all heard of cats in loaf mode but has anyone seen a rooster in loaf mode?
