Our duck eggs are growing too fast!!

So we candled our 3 eggs and looked at an online chart to see how fast the eggs are supposed to grow. Our embryos looked about twice the size of a normal embryo at about 14 days. we think it is because the mom is laying mallard eggs and the dad is a rouen duck to make them bigger. Is this okay? I'm worried for them.

ignore this thread. they aren't too big. Oops. the eggs are doing great! just 5 more days. here is an update:



Lucky has laid 7 eggs so far, 6 are in the incubator cause one went bad, 2 are going to hopefully hatch in 5 days!!! the other ones were just laid a few days ago, one every day, we candled all just now, one of them, we are not so sure about, but these eggs are having a great fertility rate!!!!!!!!!!!!!
