our duck Sassie - spots on bill, poss temp

I noticed our girl Sassie's eyes looked tired like. I pulled her out of the yard and checked her out she feels hot, her bill is blotchy with two shades of yellow and orange. Looks kinda like mucus inside her bill. Can she have a cold?
I put her in new small barn separate from chickens and other ducks, she got very upset and would not settle down, one of our males Dexter was determined to get into barn with her to the point he was trying to fly and bouncing off window, finally we put him in with her and she settled down. I put some pro-biotics and electrolytes in her water and gave her some food with niacin (which is mixed in food normally).
I am not sure what else I should do. Any advice would be great.

What breed? bill changes can also be linked to hormonal changes too.

While you watching her today try some ACV in her drinking water 1-2 Tab to a gal of water that she can dunk her head in clean out her nares and eyes real good.

She is acting ok, her voice just off little and bill has blotches......I almost put some apple cider in there but hesitated.....I will try that today
