Hard to say with an Easter Egger, since they have a mixed heritage. My true Ameraucanas were very sweet; in fact, my Charlotte, that I still have, and her 16 week old daughter, Gypsy, are very friendly, cuddly, lap chickens. Just hold him, feed him goodies by hand alot, talk to him alot in a soothing voice. He'll probably calm down eventually.
