Thanks to everyone. The son is waaaaaay excited.

We got a second one this morning! 2 eggs a day from 3 hens for the last 2 days. We are on a (an egg) roll!

I have 2 remaining EE's - both lay blue eggs. Actually had someone at my hubbie's Xmas party tell me that the blue eggs tasted better than any other colour! Tried to gently tell him that the reason the blue one he ate was better than any other is that it was probably a "home-grown" chicken not locked up in a cage!

Oh, I want one of those!

I have 2 ameracaunas but only one is laying. It lays olive colored eggs. How I wish for a blue one (sigh). I'm hoping my other one will lay the blue eggs but I have a feeling that it will also be olive!
